The Moon is Exlt in taurus/2nd house & Debil. in Scorpio/8th house, its is own house is Cancer/4th rasi.

The Moon is the queen in the planetary cabinet. Next to the Sun, the role of the Moon is very important as it signifies mother. The mother brings up the child and is the first preceptor of the child. That is why the Moon signifies mind also.
